Our UK repairs are handled by our trusted partners at Swico Watch Service Centre. If you require a repair or advice on a damaged or defected watch, please fill out the Watch Service Price Guide form – just click here. You'll be ask to provide a description of the problem and be advised on how and where to return your watch. Once your watch has been received at the service centre, it will be carefully inspected by experts, who will provide a quote for you and repair your piece to the highest standard, if you wish to proceed. If the defect comes under warranty, your watch will be repaired at no cost. Please note that strap replacements are not handled by Swico Watch Service Centre. You can purchase replacements straps directly from the Olivia Burton site. Be sure to include your dated sales or gift receipt if your watch is still covered within the two year limited warranty.
